1. Introduction

Welcome to Canopy Bake. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (canopybake.co.uk) and the purchase of our artisan pastries, custom cakes, and high tea services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Canopy Bake. For custom Rainforest-themed desserts and bespoke cakes, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure online portal unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate events.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our products:

• Standard pastry orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery/pickup are non-refundable.
• Custom cake deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
• High Tea bookings require 48 hours' notice for a full refund.

4. Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs. While we take extreme care to avoid cross-contamination for our specialty coffee and treats, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. Customers must inform us of any severe allergies at the time of booking.

5. Collection & Delivery

Items for collection must be picked up from our London address: 26 York Terrace East, NW1 4PT. For deliveries, we strive to meet all requested time slots; however, Canopy Bake is not liable for delays caused by external traffic conditions within London.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, imagery of our Rainforest desserts, and the "Canopy Bake" brand, is the property of Canopy Bake and protected by United Kingdom copyright laws.
